Shipping

The products are shipped within 1-5* work days of receiving your order by registered 

parcel of local post office or courier. 

Ové Pictures ships worldwide. All items ship through Slovak Post and therefore affordable, 

if you prefer to use a different service or faster shipping options please contact us for arrangements. 

Ové Pictures is not responsible for lost postal items, customs charges incurred or postal delays.

Slovak orders are shipped with a tracking number and estimated delivery times are:

— Slovakia estimated delivery is 3-10 days.

— EU estimated delivery is 7-14 days.

— Everywhere else is 2-4 weeks shipped AIR with tracking.

If you have any problem with the shipment, contact the transport agency, remember to have the tracking number that is sent to you by mail.

Orders via your company   

— If you are interested in buying our products as a company from another country than Slovakia please write us an email. We will send you an Invoice with VAT depending on the terms of your country.

 

Returns

Return requests may be accepted. Please, use the contact sheet. All items must be returned in a new & saleable condition, within 28 days of receipt for credit to be issued. All postage costs are covered by the customer. Custom products or modified versions of standard products are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged goods

Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged a replacement will be sent only if the damage is reported within five days of delivery. The original packaging is kept for inspection by the carrier. You will be required to document the damage with photographs. Please contact us via our online form in Big Cartel if this has happened to you.
